I dream of a love that even Time
Will lie down and be still for.
A love that makes sense.
And eases the confusion
When nothing else seems just right.
A love that will not be knocked down.
By doubt, despair, sadness or loss.
A love that is a strong, safe harbor
Where I can come back to
In my moments of weakness and fear
And be forever home.
