Your eyes are somber today,
As you contemplate
What you believe is a loss.
But as you look deep inside,
You will grow from the experience of loss,
As loss teaches us a lesson in forgiveness,
In stance, and in patience...
New beginnings are always in front of you
If you decide to make an end;
An end to mend your wounds
And release your woes.
Speak only of your future paths
And embrace the experiences
You have been blessed with -
For the best is yet to be.
